Good marketing starts with understanding the brand and the foundation. The first step will be meeting with you to discuss your history, goals, and plan. With that information in mind, we will get access to all the assets we may need and then do a comprehensive marketing & business funnel audit.
After we have an understanding of your goals and current marketing, we will deep dive into competitor and market research. We will work with the key people on your team and create a collaborative plan to reach your goals.
Successful marketing requires everyone to reach for the same goal and communicate their efforts. In this step, we set a 30/60/90 day plan, decide on the performance indicators that matter most to you, and decide what is considered growth for you.
With an understanding of your marketing, a plan to move forward, and solid goal posts marked, we will begin the forward motion. At this step, we will be collecting your logos and pictures, writing blogs and pages, and getting a solid collection of graphic and content assets for you.
